摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bonding method for a solar cell that bonds different kind of solar cells so as to improve photoelectric conversion efficiency, and a bonded type solar cell device that is improved in photoelectric conversion efficiency by employing the bonding method.SOLUTION: A plurality of different kind of solar cells are stacked having light incident surfaces one over another, and mutually opposite surfaces thereof are electrically bonded using conductive particles 3 of 10 μm to 200 μm in particle size. It is preferred that the conductive particles 3 are dispersed in a translucent organic binder 4. Further, the conductive particles 3 are translucent conductive particles.
