The invention relates to a bayonet closure cap for a tank, in particular for a fuel tank of a motor vehicle. The closure cap has a clamping latch which, when the closure cap has been placed on and rotated, engages behind the inner edge of the tank nozzle and presses a flange of the closure cap against the front of the tank nozzle. The friction between the clamping latch and the inner edge of the tank nozzle is very great, such that a great force has to be applied for locking and unlocking. In order to reduce this force, a rotatably mounted roller is inserted in the clamping latch, with which roller the clamping latch is supported on the edge of the tank nozzle.
