PURPOSE:To produce a skewered meat paste produce automatically and efficiently, preventing the collapse of the raw material, by transferring a raw material for forming meat paste product with a raw material conveyor belt and skewering the material by the aid of a skewer-pushing lever and a sliding element of a specific skewer- applying conveyor placed near the conveyor belt. CONSTITUTION:The titled apparatus 2 for forming a raw material of a skewered fish paste product to be fried in oil is furnished with a forming roll having plural forming molds 3. Plural formed raw materials A are supplied continuously from the forming molds 3 to the raw material conveyor belt 1. Separately, a skewer-insertion conveyor 6 rotating to the same direction at the same speed to those of the conveyor belt 1 is placed at a side of the conveyor belt 1. A skewer B is supplied to the skewer- receiving groove 7 from the sekwer-supplying apparatus 15 at the front end of the skewer-insertion conveyor 6. The formed raw materials A supplied continuously by the above process are skewered with the skewer B by the aid of the slidably attached sliding element 10 furnished with a pushing guide 13 to push a skewre-pusing lever 11 removably into the skewer-receiving groove 7 and with a restoration guide 14 to retract the pushing lever 11. The objective skewered paste products A, B cam be produced by this procedure. |
