FIELD: shipbuilding; power engineering; manufacture of pumps; heating systems. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed propulsor includes boiler, water conduit and heater. Water conduit is made in form of pipe with inlet and outlet spring-loaded gates bounding the working zone. Boiler is mounted within working zone near upper surface of water conduit pipe; boiler cavities are communicated with water conduit cavity in working zone above heater. Boiler of this propulsor may be made in form of parallelepiped or may be circular in shape. Propulsor may be provided with additional boilers and heaters. ^ EFFECT: wide range of sources for heater; enhanced economical efficiency of propulsor; reduced power requirements. ^ 4 cl, 4 dwg
