摘要 PURPOSE:To heighten the efficiency of electricity generation, by providing an air flow meter upstream to a compressor, an outgoing gas flow meter in an outgoing gas line for a reformer, and a release valve upstream to a turbocharger, so that air at a flow rate corresponding to load is stably supplied with good response. CONSTITUTION:A flow meter 17 for measuring the flow rate of air is provided upstream to a compressor. A flow meter 18 for measuring the flow rate of a gas is provided in an outgoing gas line for a reformer. An release valve 16 is provided upstream to a turbocharger. A controller 19 receives measured value signals from the flow meters 17, 18, a flow meter 20 for measuring the flow rate of the gas supplied to a burner, a flow meter 21 for measuring the quantity of release, and an electrical current load signal, and sends out opening degree signals for control valves 15, 16 to set the flow rate of the air at an aimed level corresponding to load. When the load has fluctuated, the aimed level for the flow rate of air upstream to the compressor is altered, the influence of the outgoing gas from the reformer is compensated by feed-forward action, and the control valves 15, 16 are thereafter caused to cooperate with each other depending on other control deviations. Highly efficient operation is thus enabled.
