A disc double insert prevention apparatus of a disc player is provided to prevent the insertion of another disc by using a guide unit for guiding a disc being inserted. A disc double insert prevention apparatus of a disc player comprises a base member(20) in which an inserted disc is placed and formed with a first lock hole(24), a guide unit which are installed on the base member and have two guide arms, and a second lock hole(54). When the disc is inserted, the two guide arms are fixed to be apart from each other less than the diameter of the disc so that the insertion of another disc is prevented.
