A process of making canned kidney beans, according to which the haricot beans are passed through a grain cleaning machine, the stages as follows are performed: inspecting, washing, soaking, blanching, packing into cans and filling the cans with the haricot beans with tomato sauce. In addition, at the stage of making the tomato juice, the composition is supplemented with vegetable puree in an amount of 40%, rich in vitamins and mineral substances that significantly raises the quality of the product and indices of vitaminic value of the canned fruit and vegetable food of haricot beans. |
