<p>Several clock-controlled transmitting/receiving devices (1, 2, 3) are synchronised in that the synchronising transmitter outputs a synchronisation message which allows the receivers to be roughly synchronised. After that, the effective transmitter/receiver transit time (Tt + tt, Tr + tr) of the transmitting/receiving devices (2, 3) to be synchronised is measured, which allows the transmitter clocks to be corrected for accurate synchronisation.
