PURPOSE:To stabilize data transmission by allowing each module to extract a clock from its input signal and operate at every module, and performing data transmission among modules on reconstitution repeating basis. CONSTITUTION:Respective modules 6 which transmit and receive signals demultiplexed into plural channels having a low bit rate extract the clock components of transmitted data inputted through input parts 11 by a clock extracting circuit 12, transmit and receive the transmitted data according to the extracted clocks, and store them in shift registers 13. When the stored data is addressed to the module, it is inputted to a receiving buffer 14 and when the data is addressed to another station, the data is outputted from a selector 16 through an output part 16. Therefore, when plural modules 6 are connected continuously, the transmitted data are reconstituted and repeated among those modules 6.
