PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform setting of the prize master efficiently. SOLUTION: The prize controlling device 70 stores a dispensing rate applied to prize exchange in the dispensing rate table 76a and obtains the number of balls to be exchanged at a standard dispensing rate among a plurality of dispensing rates through the operation key 72 for employees. It converts the number of balls to be exchanged at the standard dispensing rate obtained to the number of balls to be exchanged at the other dispensing rates, and sets the number of balls to be exchanged converted to the other dispensing rates in the table 76b of number of balls to be exchanged.
