PURPOSE:To reduce composite parts to improve an assembling efficiency, by fitting the recessed part inside a case to pawls mounted on a cover and uniting the case and cover with salient pieces fixed on the cover through hardening of injected-type resin. CONSTITUTION:Recessed parts 20 are provided at several positions inside the side face of a case 12, to make fitted to fitting pawls 18 which are formed inside the side face of a cover 17. A several number of fitting pawls 18, and salient pieces 19 projecting inside and having C-shaped lower end parts are formed inside the side face of the cover 17. After the case 12 is equipped with a transformer 13 and parts 14, and injected with resin 21, the cover 17 is fixed, with the C-shaped parts of the salient pieces 19 inserted, so that the recessed parts 0 of the case 12 and the fitting pawls 18 on the cover 17 make fit.
