PURPOSE:To titled lubricating oil, containing a lubricant selected from organic compounds having a secific particle diameter or above and an orgasnic phosphorus compound in a lubricating oil, useful for metal plastic working and suitable particularly for cold working of A1 or A1 alloy. CONSTITUTION:A lubricating oil obtained by incorporating one or more lubricants selected from organic compounds, e.g. lithium stearate, having >=0.5mum particle diameter and one or more organic compounds, e.g. polyoxyethylene, in a lubricating oil preferably having >=5mm<2>/s (cSt) viscoasity at 40 deg.C. The resultant aimed lubricating oil is applied to the surface of A1 material or metal working surface and cold working is carried out in the presence of the above- mentioned lubricant film to afford the aimed Al forging. |
