PURPOSE:To prevent clogging of a gap of a ring by performing kneading of plastic sufficiently, by applying shearing force to the plastic by providing a spiral flight on the external circumferential surface of a rod. CONSTITUTION:When a rod 3 is turned along with a screw 3, plastic transferred from the right side by the screw 1 is pressed in a groove 5 of the external circumferential surface of the rod 3. Although the plastic entered into the groove 5 is pressed in forward further while the same is being turned within a ring 6 by a flight 4, as the tip of the groove 5 is clogged with a head part 9 of the rod 3, the plastic passes through a gap 7 between mutual rings 6 and extruded outside from an outlet 12 through a passage 11. Meantime, as shearing force is applied to the plastic by the flight 4 of the rod 3, the plastic is ground down when the same passes through a gap 8 between the summit part of the flight 4 and the inside of the ring 6, kneaded sufficiently, plasticized and transferred without being tied up, clogging of a gap 7 between the mutual rings 6 can be prevented. |
