发明名称 MICRO LIQUID FLOWMETER
摘要 PURPOSE:To measure a flow rate without receiving the influence of a surface tension by providing a liquid reservoir for introducing the liquid at the inlet to the upper part of a weir cylinder and connecting the liquid reservoir and the inside of the weir cylinder by an inverted U-tube. CONSTITUTION:The liquid to be admitted through the inlet 5 is first introduced into the liquid reservoir 23. The liquid is once stored in the liquid reservoir 23 when the flow rate thereof is slight. The liquid flows down into the weir cylinder 3 after the liquid level arrives near the peak point of the inverted U-tube 24. The flowdown stops when the liquid level lowers below the opening end on the liquid reservoir 23 side. The liquid level in the cylinder 3 moves upward and downward and a float 10 moves upward and downward at every flowdown of the liquid from the tube 24. The position of the liquid level in this stage is detected by a potentiometer 16. The rising position of the float is determined by the amt. of the liquid flowing down from the tube 24 and therefore if the liquid level is below said position, the flow rate is calculated by the frequencies and intervals of the vertical movement of the float from the relation between the flow rate at which the liquid flows down from the tube 24 and the vertical movement of the float written into a ROM. On the other hand, the liquid level rises from the liquid level when the flow rate is slight if the flow rate increases and therefore the flow rate is calculates and displayed from the liquid level and the flow rate at which the liquid passes the weir 7.
