PURPOSE:To execute an assembly at a high speed by forming a linear supply device by a roll die cutter for punching a nonwoven cloth to a desired shape, and a transfer device for transferring a punched nonwoven cloth of a desired shape by one sheet each to a prescribed position of a shell, and placing it. CONSTITUTION:A nonwoven cloth consisting of mixied fiber spinning of polyester and rayon, which is fed out of a supply roll 19 is punched by one sheet each to a linear 5 of a desired shape by a roll die cutter 20, attracted by an anvil roll 21 and carried.
