PURPOSE:To save expenditure necessary for bending work and eliminate the spring back of the decorative molding by a method wherein a veneer is bonded to a thermoplastic resin plate, containing cellulose series pulverized aggregate, to make a plywood while the plywood is heated and swelled, thereafter, is pressed and dried to form it. CONSTITUTION:The veneer 4 is bonded by adhesive agent to the thermoplastic resin plate 3, containing cellulose-based pulverized aggregate 2, to make the plywood 5 while the plywood 5 is heated and swelled by water or the like, thereafter is pressed and dried to form it. The plywood becomes deformable easily by swelling, is formed into disired configuration by forming with die and the configuration is fixed by heating and cold-pressing the thermoplastic resin among the aggregates while the thermoplastic resin plate 3 keeps the bonded veneer 4 in a desired configuration. Any special chemicals is not used for the bending work of the form, therefore, working cost is low and, further, the veneer 4, which causes spring-back easily, is bonded to the woody thermoplastic resin plate, prominent in shape retention, therefore, the form will never be deformed during wet or dry season.
