<p>PURPOSE:To prevent an unexpected accident from occurring owing to careless operation by lowering the energy of infrared light to be sent out during specific control when the opening and closing of side windows are controlled according to an infrared-ray code sent out of a transmitter. CONSTITUTION:When an operation part included in a control circuit is operated, a control signal consisting of an on/off code signal corresponding to the control item is sent out from a terminal 1a and a transistor (TR) 5a is turned on or off to send coded infrared rays out of an infrared-light emitting diode 4. When the control item is a specific item, for example, when window glass is closed, the depression of a switch 10 for that turns on a TR 11 and a signal from a terminal 1b falls to a level 'O', so that a TR 5 turns off, thereby reducing the energy of infrared rays sent out of the diode 4. Consequently, when the window glass is closed, a photodetection part which is not shown in a figure operates only while the main optical axis A of the infrared-light emitting diode 4 is directed to the lightreceiving part and the closure control over the window glass does not become effective only by careless operation, thereby maintaining safety.</p> |
