PURPOSE:To form an alloyed surface layer reduced in segregation as well as in dislocation of composition by disposing a porous body of material to be alloyed on the required part in a mold, charging a mold with molten base material and then irradiating with high-density heat energy the composite part of an intermediate product in which both are integrated into one body. CONSTITUTION:The porous body of material to be alloyed is disposed on the required part in the mold for casting and then the mold is charged with the molten base material, so that the intermediate product 6 having the composite part 1B in which the material to be alloyed and the base material are integrated into one body is cast. Subsequently, the composite part 1B of the intermediate product 6 is irradiated with the high-density heat energy 7 such as TIG arc, electron beam, laser, etc., to form the alloyed surface layer 1C. |
