PURPOSE:To prevent an absent home from various dangers by deciding a control signal from an outside, such as a telecontroller, etc. as effective when some specified equipments are being operated and deciding it as ineffective when they are not operated. CONSTITUTION:With giving a single pulse signal of specified width from the main control circuit 7 in a telecontroller to an output circuit 10, a photocoupler 33 is turned on and a transistor 17 is turned on only for the width of the pulse. And the output of a comparator 22 becomes L level and a transistor 20 is turned on and a relay B21 is on and its relay contact point b26 is set to a '1' side. At such a time, so that -Vi of the comparator 22 is Vcc, a transistor 19 is turned off and a relay A18 where current is not flowed is not operated even by turning the transistor 17 on. Therefore, its contacting point a26 keeps a break and a main control relay D is not operated and the control of connected equipments is made impossible.
