PURPOSE:To attain a high speed access and to save a space by inputting processing information, converting it into the processing program of a numerically controlled machine tool, which is written in a program language, according to an automatic conversion program and outputting said program to a card IC. CONSTITUTION:While an operator is viewing a CRT display device 2, he inputs processing information to a program generating device through a keyboard 5. A processor in a main body 1 executes the automatic program loaded in its main memory with the aid of a micro-floppy disk device 6, generates the processing program of the numerically controlled machine tool, which is written in the program language, according to the inputted processing information, and outputs said program to the card IC 7.
