PURPOSE:To make easily a silo into a measuring instrument by cutting and removing one lower part of the supporting leg of the silo so as to assemble a load detecting unit and assembling sequentially the detecting units on other supporting legs. CONSTITUTION:A lower frame 20 is assembled on a base 2 so that the supporting leg 1a of the silo 5 supported by silo supporting legs 1a-1d can be enclosed, connected on the base 2 with an anchor volt 11 and welded and fixed on the supporting leg 1a. Afterward, the lower end of the supporting leg 1a is cut into the prescribed length so as to remove and the fixed side member 10 of the detecting unit 9 and an attachment point side member 12 are assembled between the lower frame 20 and the lower end of the supporting leg 1a. The detecting units 9 are assembled on the remaining supporting legs 1b-1d in the same manner. Thus it is unnecessary that the silo 5 is completely hoisted by a crane and is landed on the ground, and accordingly the silo 5 can be made into a measuring instrument with a simple construction.
