PURPOSE:To prevent generation of electric noise by discharge, by satin treatment of surfaces of conveyor belt and positioning plate at its bottom for better dissipation of light emitted from the source and reduction of frictional charging. CONSTITUTION:A stretch of conveyor belt 1 spans a pair of roller 2a and 2b and the belt 1 is driven constantly in the direction shown by arrow by the motor-driven roller 2a. And, an article 4 to be checked for dimension is put from the righthand side and it is conveyed to the left by the belt in operation and it is positioned in the check point S when it rests on a stopper 5 free to open and close with a shaft 5a as a center. As this moment, the belt 1 continues to be operated for putting the article 4 on the positioning plate 6 and positioning in the vertical direction. Consequently, friction is created by displacement between article 4, belt 1 and plate 6. Here, satin treatment of surfaces of belt 1 and plate 6, uniformizes lighting effect as an optical dissipation member. Further, reduction of contact area and weakening of frictional change can prevent generation of noise by discharge. |
