PURPOSE:To provide the titled composition having excellent curability, hand leability and thermal resistance, which comprises a specified compd., an ethylenically or allylically unsatd. monomer, a polymerization catalyst, maleimide (or its derivative), an isocyanate and a reaction accelerator. CONSTITUTION:At least one compd. (A) selected from among unsatd. polyesters, reaction products obtained by reacting an epoxide with an ethylenically unsatd. carboxylic acid is formulated with an ethylenically or allylically unsatd. monomer (B) copolymerizable with the component (A) (e.g.: styrene), and a polymerization catalyst (C) for the components (A) and (B) (e.g.: dicumyl peroxide) in an (A)/(B)/(C) weight ratio of 0.1-100:100-0.1:0.1-5. 100pts.wt formulation is formulated with 0.1-100pts.wt. maleimide or mixture thereof or product of pre-reaction thereof with a polyfunctional cyanate (D), a polyisocyanate (E) in a OH/NCO ratio of 1/0.1-1 relative to the formulation comprising the components (A)-(D), and a reaction accelerator (F) comprising a reaction product obtained by reacting an isocyanate with a compd. having an OH group.
