PURPOSE:To prevent an increase of stains having a tendency to generating for a long period preservation by incorporating a specific sensitizing coloring matter to a silver halide photographic sensitive material. CONSTITUTION:The silver halide photographic sensitive material comprises at least one kind of the specific sensitizing coloring matter. The concrete examples of the sensitizing coloring matter are compds. shown by the formulas I-1, II-1, III-1, IV-1, and V-1. The sensitizing coloring matter is preferably comprised 4X10<-5>-1X10<-3> moles per 1mol of the silver halide, thereby obtaining the titled image having the less tendency to increasing the stains due to the preservation on standing. |
