PURPOSE:To tracing action in a fine tracing cycle by performing the tracing action according to the detection signals of a trace start trigger detecting means, a trace temporary stop trigger detecting means and a trace stop trigger detecting means respectively. CONSTITUTION:A trace control circuit 10 receives a trace start trigger detection signal e1 and delivers a trace indication signal (f) of a trace buffer 6 via a 3-input AND gate 11e. Thus a tracing action is started. Then the signal (f) is reset by the gate 11e after reception of a trace stop trigger detection signal e3. Thus the tracing action is stopped and a trace end signal (g) is delivered to a trace control program 3. While the signal (f) is reset temporarily by the gate 11e with reception of a trace temporary stop trigger detection signal e2. Then the tracing cycle is stopped. |
