A resistance arrangement for cathodically protected enamelled water-heaters consists of a small plate 1 carrying printed conductors on each side, which carries a resistor 6' whose ends are connected to an upper 3 and lower 4 contact surface by conductive paths and a wire connection 8'. The contact surfaces 3, 4 surround concentrically a bore 2 used to receive a bolt which comes out with an insulation, which is used to fasten to the storage tank, the storage tank part such as a flange or the like, an internally fitted element such as a tubular heating element to be protected. The upper contact surface touches the flange while the lower contact surface touches a nut on the flange, so that the tubular heating element is connected electrically to the flange via the resistor 6'. <IMAGE> |
