PURPOSE:To allow no swelling to occur by cooling while gradually increasing pressure with a decrease of temperature through cooling from a pressure at the time of heating and pressurizing in a cooling process after the completion of heating and pressurizing. CONSTITUTION:Swelling is considered as due to the generation of CO2 gas through a chemical action of moisture contained in rust and rust with an increase in heating temperatures during lining operation. The generated gas causes a swelling phenomenon in lining tube at the time of lining work. Thus the swelling can be prevented.
