PURPOSE:To enable the checking for individual circuits, phase sequence rotation and polarity in an electric facility before the receiving of power with the load connected while permitting the measurement of a number of circuits all at once, by supplying different values of voltages to ground to the circuits to be tested. CONSTITUTION:When carrying out a phase sequence checking of a high voltage main line before the reception of power, cords connected to respective output terminals 7a-7c are connected to various phases of lines at one end of circuits to be tested and measured while an earth wire connected to a ground terminal 8. Then, a power source is turned ON with a power source switch 2 of a circuit protector 3 and a desired value of voltage is applied to a transformer 6 being regulated with a slider 4 so that the voltage with a fixed difference in the voltage to ground will be applied to the lines. Then, a radio tester is connected to indivisual phases of lines at the other end of the circuits to measure the voltage at each line to check to ascertain that it coincides with the voltage applied thereby examining the circuits.
