PURPOSE:To improve the operability, maintainability and reliability of the satellite communication system by sending the line control information by the line control station, receiving the line control information sent by the self station and other line control station, judging the trouble place from the receiving condition and substituting the role of the line control station. CONSTITUTION:When a line control station 200 can not be functioned as a main station, a main station side line control station substituting discriminating device 204 judges, from the receiving condition of the line control information of the self station and a back-up station 300, that the self station can not function as a main station, and stops the sending of the line control information. The back-up station 300 judges, from the receiving condition of the line control information of the self station and a main station 200 by the line control station substituting discriminating device 304, that the main station 200 can not function as a main station, ID of the main station is given to the line control information sent by the self station, and newly, the function is started as the main station. The line control information sent by the main station is received in a back-up station 300, and therefore, even when the reference station, which newly goes to be the main station for the back-up station 300, is substituted, the operating condition of the system is not stopped and is connected. |
