PURPOSE:To reliably supply powder by fixed quantity each by connecting a powder supply portion and a gas supply pipe of seal plates brought into sliding contact with both sides of a rotary disc plate to discharge powder (powder coal) from a powder discharge pipe, and gradually decreasing pressure in through hole group of the disc plate to supply powder. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of the first through holes T1-Tn are disposed in the periphery of a disc plate 5, and the second through holes H1-Hn of the same number as that of the through holes T are disposed on a seal plate 7 on the upper side of the disc plate. The through hole H1 is connected to a powder supply pipe 9. The through hole Hi positioned corresponding to the through hole H1 is connected to a pressurized gas supply pipe 11. Further, the through holes H1-Hn positioned line- symmetrically are connected to each other through the respective connecting pipes. The third through hole P of the second seal plate mounted on the lower side of the disc plate 5 is connected to a powder discharge pipe 15. When powder C is thrown in the through holes T from the supply pipe 9, the powder is gradually moved to the discharge pipe 15 by the rotary disc plate 5 to be transported by pressurized gas. Pressure in the empties through hole group is gradually decreased during movement of the powder from the discharge pipe 15 to the discharge pipe 9 to prevent flowing backward.
