PURPOSE:To reduce the size and to improve the reliability by integrally coupling fixedly a high voltage coil bobbin and a multiple magnification voltage rectifier structure, and mounting the bobbin in a low voltage coil bobbin to be inserted into a sheathed case, and filling resin. CONSTITUTION:A DC high voltage generator is composed of a high voltage coil bobbin HCB in which a high voltage winding N2 of a flyback transformer is wound and a low voltage coil bobbin LCB in which a low voltage winding N1 is wound, a multiple magnification voltage rectifier structure MRC for mounting a capacitor C, a diode D and a resistor R for forming a multiple magnification rectifier, and a sheathing case 43. The structure MRC and the bobbin HCB are coupled fixed, mounted in the bobbin LCB, and contained in the case 43. The bobbins HCB, LCB are coupled fixedly by an engaging projection 27 and a connector 44. Further, after containing, an electrically insulating resin 47 such as molding epoxy resin is filled, cured and integrally solidified entirely. |
