The equipment consists of two tubular bodies which are concentric, forming an annular chamber; an endless screw of variable pitch which turns at set speed off-centre inside horizontal tubular chamber fed by the paste prod. under pressure through side inlet pipe; and a carrier plate for nozzles in which are mounted auxiliary electrical resistances to ensure good distribution of heat through the whole mass of material removed from tubular chamber by the screw.
