发明名称 PARABOLA INTERPOLATION SYSTEM FOR NUMERICAL CONTROLLER
摘要 PURPOSE:To facilitate the easy programming and also to obtain a smooth parabola by keeping the cutting speed at a constant level for effective use of a tangent line to the parabola and therefore simplifying greatly the calculation for interpolation. CONSTITUTION:To keep the cutting speed at a constant level to obtain a distance DELTAF shifted for each interpolation unit time and then the slope of a tangent line to a point on a desired parabola. Then a distance DELTAx shifted toward an axis (x) for each unit time is obtained from said slope of the tangent line and the distance DELTAF. A point xh+1 on the axis (x) is obtained from the sum of a point xh on the axis (x) and the distance DELTAx and then substituted for an equation showing the parabola. Thus a point yh+1 on an axis (y) is obtained and a difference DELTAy is obtained from the points yh+1 and yh. This process is repeated until an end point from a start point for interpolation of the parabola. Thus the calculation is simplified for interpolation with use of a tangent line.
