PURPOSE:To realize the perfect multiplexing of a network device by providing a comparison priority circuit and along with this, attaining the recognition of a state not only of its own network device but of other network device, and enabling each network device to decide by itself the transition condition of its own network device according to a stored priority in advance. CONSTITUTION:It is assumed that priority is asd an input abnormality an output abnormality a step out and is weighed as 2<0>, 2<1> and 2<2>. When a network device #0 is now operating (during ACT) and a network device #1 is in a stand by condition (SBY), the arising of an output abnormality in a network #0 switches the network device #0 to the network device #1 immediately if the network device #1 has no troubles. In this case, when a heavier trouble, the step out, happened in the #1, the device #0 is switched to ACT. When a two ore mor troubles happen at the same time, each weight is added and which network should be used is decided. |
