PURPOSE:To permit to finish up automatically in the most optimized cooking condition for the respective menu by a method wherein a controller capable of controlling a heating mean for a heating object kept in a cooking vessel is provided and similarly, a vessel detecting sensor capable of detecting kinds of cooking vessel is provided. CONSTITUTION:In a high-frequency cooking range, as a cooking equipment, is consisting of an adjust driving device 2 to control a level of a heater 1, a rotation driving device 9 to rotate and drive a tray 3 for placing a foodstuff and a controller 10, which is wholly control the above-mentioned the devices 2 and 9 as well as controlling a heating mean 1A like the heater 1 and a magnetron 4 or the like in the equipment unit. And a vessel detecting sensor 11 to detect a kind of cooking stuff menu containing in a vessel, are provided in a plurality of pieces longitudinally at the wall of the heating chamber 5. This vessel to be detected, is employed a different one in relation to the kind of a cooking dish as a heating object. In operation, the controller 10 drives the rotation driving device 9 to rotate the tray 3 and discriminates types of heating object, as cooking dish by the use of an output signal from the vessel detecting sensor 11, then outputs a control signal concerned for controlling the said control mean. |
