PURPOSE:To manufacture easily a color separation film by superposing a white reflecting sheet for designating a trimming area of an original picture by a window, on the original picture, deriving a color separation image by executing a photoelectric conversion in the area, and subsequently, forming a mask by converting photoelectrically other part than the window. CONSTITUTION:An original picture 15 and a white sticking mount 18 which has cut trimming windows 15a', 15b' of the original picture 15 are wound in layers to an input cylinder 2. The input cylinder 2 and a recording cylinder 7 are rotated simultaneously by an axis 11. A photoelectric converting part 13 of an input head 3 converts photoelectrically beam of light from the windows 15a', 15b' and executes a picture signal processing 16, and sends a color separa tion picture signal to a recording head 8. Also, beam of light from a reflection use light source 14a is reflected by the sticking mount 18, converted photoelectrically 13, and an output is inputted to a comparator 20. The compara tor 20 binary-codes the input, and at the time of an H level, the maximum level is sent to the recording head and blackened after a development. In this way, a mask is manufactured exactly, and a color separation film is manufac tured easily. |
