PURPOSE:To improve the processing efficiency of a data collection processor by providing an input part, a file, a processor, a personal control table and a file control table respectively. CONSTITUTION:The collected data B are sent to a processor 12 together with the personal data A from an input part 11. A reception part 13 replaces the contents of a personal control table 14 and also replaces the personal data on a file control table 15 if the data A have no coincident with the personal data stored in the table 14. At the same time, pointers A1-An corresponding to the personal data are read out of the table 15 and sent to a control part 16 together with the input data. Then the part 16 writes the data B to an area E of a file 17 shown by those pointers. Thus the replacement is facilitated for both data on the table 15 and the file 17 when the files of plural persons are controlled. Furthermore, the number of open/close procedures is improved with a data collection procedure. |
