PURPOSE:To speed up the plating and to increase the productivity by providing a mask, the injection nozzle of plating soln. and an energy beam generator, etc. and enabling the plating having high current density. CONSTITUTION:A partial plating apparatus is constituted with the mask 2, the nozzle 3 injecting the plating soln. on a plating part 4, a fixed member 9 fixing a material 1 to be machined, an electric power source and the energy beam generator 10. It is impressed so that the material 1 to be machined is made negative and the nozzle 3 is made positive by the above-mentioned power source. The above-mentioned generator 10 is a laser beam generator and the energy beam is irradiated on the rear side of the part 4 to be plated therefrom.
