摘要 PURPOSE:To uniformly and well apply an adhesive to a tapered part, by differentiating the positions of the nozzle orifice ends of a plurality of nozzle parts communicated with one passage in an almost tiered state and making the calibers of the nozzle orifices larger toward a higher position side. CONSTITUTION:Nozzles 111-9 respectively having calibers r1-9 are constituted so that the parts opposite to the nozzle orifice ends thereof are communicated with one passage 12. The nozzle orifice ends are formed so that the positions thereof in the height direction are differentiated so as to be present at the step positions of an almost tiered form and the orifice ends of the nozzles having larger calibers are arranged at higher step positions in the relation with the nozzle calibers r1-9. Therefore, when an adhesive is applied to the taper surface 22 of a plate body 21, an adjustment bolt 13 is adjusted corresponding to the length of the taper surface 22 to set the use range of the nozzles 111-9 and the adhesive is emitted from the nozzle orifice ends. Because the amount of the adhesive is much as the positions of the nozzles become higher, even a flowable adhesive can be uniformly adhered.
