<p>PURPOSE:To simplify its constitution and to reduce its size and weight by generating a force for letting a sub block to abut in such a direction that it abuts on two stoppers. CONSTITUTION:The stoppers 127A and 127B are provided at the outside of the sub-block SB without impeding the sliding of a loading block LB. Those two stoppers 127A and 127B positions the sub block SB on an X-Y coordinate plate with the force F for abutting the sub-block to on the stoppers. Further, a play preventing member 128 which form the sub block SB across a rail 125 as the track of the sub block SB is fitted to eliminate trouble even if the sub block SB floats over the rail 125 in a Z direction when positioned. This sub- block positioning mechanism is included to reduce the size and weight.</p> |
