PURPOSE:The titled composition, consisting of a specific derivative compound of a polyfunctional alcohol and a surfactant mixture of a polyfunctional fatty acid ester of a polyhydric alcohol with a dialkyl sulfosuccinate, nonionic surfactant, etc., and having improved effect within a wide temperature range. CONSTITUTION:A composition consising of (A) one or more components expressed by formula (X is polyhydric alcohol residue; R is 8-22C alkyl or alkenyl; R' is oxyethylene and/or oxypropyljene; l is an integger 1-m; m is an interger 3-6 and number of hydroxyl groups in the polyhydric alcohol; a+b is 10-50) and a surfactant mixture of (B) a polyfunctional fatty acid ester of a polyhydric alcohol with (C) a dialkyl sulfosuccinate and (D) a nonionic surfactant having 9-11 HLB, etc., as a base.
