PURPOSE:To obtain the brush device of the motor of low vibration without a vibration-absorbing member, attenuating the vibration of the brush with an elastic retaining plate, by forming the elastic retaining plate for retaining the brush, with the Mn-Cu alloy of high sound-absorbing and vibration-absorbing performance. CONSTITUTION:A magnet 6 and a rotor 7 are provided in a motor case 1, and the rotor 7 is organized by a method wherein a core 9 wound up with a coil 8, and a commutator 12 provided with a commutator segment 11 on the outer periphery of a cylindrical insulating base 10, are fixed on a rotary shaft 13, and the rotary shaft 13 is pivotally supported between bearings 2, 4. A brush device 5 is organized by fitting a carbon brush 14 on a brush mount 3 via an elastic retaining plate 15 and a terminal 16, and the carbon brush 14 is arranged in sliding contact with the commutator 12, and current is fed to the rotor 7. Then, the elastic retaining plate 15 is formed with the Mn-Cu alloy of high sound-absorbing and vibration-absorbing performance, and by the plate 15, the electromagnetic wave fault and noise of the motor can be reduced. |
