PURPOSE:To continuously perform excavation work without the need to operate or stop of a soil and sand placer by moving the end chain pulley above the soil and sand discharge part correspondingly to the elongation of the chain along the guide strut of the soil and sand placer. CONSTITUTION:A guide strut 3 is driven into the ground surface 1, the surrounding of the strut 3 is excavated to a depth H1, and a soil and sand placer 4 is set on the level 1a while sliding it on the strut 3. A supporting structure 12 is erected on the ground surface, a soil and sand discharger 6 is horizontally set, surface soil A-C is excavated, and a hopper 4a is charged. The soil and sand go into a feeding container 8, drop onto a conveyer 6j from the chain 7 along the strut 3 and the soil and sand discharger 6, and are discharged from the left end of the conveyer 6j. In setting the soil and sand placer 4 at the level 1b, the elongation of the chain 7 along the strut 7 is changed correspondingly to moving of the end chain pulley 6a above the soil and sand discharger 6. |
