PURPOSE:To enhance the engageability of a clutch, by forming a through-hole in the root section of each ring reinforcing wall section formed at the outer edge of a clutch outer section, in parallel with the axis of a transmission shaft. CONSTITUTION:A clutch outer section 3 is formed thereon with brim-like ring reinforcing wall sections 3b for attaching friction discs 6 to the outer edge section of a ring plate-like member, at equal intervals along the circumference of the clutch outer section 3 with a through-hole 3c being formed in the root section of each ring reinforcing wall section 3b. As a result, oil flowing through a main shaft 1 is discharged out from a connecting hole 1b, then flowing through the gap between the clutch outer section 3 and the clutch pressure plate 8 and then flowing around the rear wall surface of the clutch pressure plate 8, thereby oil which is liable to be pooled in the ring reinforcing wall section 3b of the clutch outer 3, is discharged circumferentially outward via the through-hole 3c. |
