PURPOSE:To remove backlash of a gear train in a lamp by the use of a small number of parts by giving a rotational motive in the direction opposite to that at the time of the arm being in rotation to the end gears of a train of gears within the arm of a work locating device through utilization of a wire rope and a tensile spring. CONSTITUTION:In this backlash eliminating mechanism, one end of each wire rope 21, 22 is wound round the boss part of gears 4, 10 situated at the two ends in such a way as oriented in the opposite direction to each other, where they are detained, and the other ends of the wire ropes 21, 22 are coupled together with a tensile spring 23 interposed. Even though there is backlash between gears 7, 6, ones 6, 5, ones 5, 4 and between ones 7, 8, ones 8, 9 and ones 9, 10, it is possible to eliminate the backlashes of the gear train in a lump because the force of said tensile spring 23 presses each gear with freedom of rotation to the gear 7 fixed to a fulcrum shaft 1 with the aid of the wire ropes 21, 22. As a result, the work locating device can perform location of each work accurately. |
