PURPOSE:To improve the readiness of installation lay-out by supporting a movable hinge arm with a stationary hinge plate while it can be swung as required allowing a seal rubber which seals a space between the stationary hinge plate and a filler base, to be extended so as to form a cover section. CONSTITUTION:A filler base in a bag form is fixed on a rear fender 1 to support a filler neck enabling an opening 6 of the filler base 2 to be closed by a filler lid 4. In this configuration, a movable hinge arm 8 which is made of a resin formed as an integral part of the lid 4, is curved allowing it to be protruded out of the filler base 2 passing through the side opening 14. And a metal stationary hinge plate 20 is fixed around the periphery of the side opening 14 by way of a seal rubber 22 allowing the curved tip end of the above said arm 8 to be supported at the tip end of a small arm which is formed by cutting off the plate 20 while it can be swung as required. And a cover 26 is arranged on the seal rubber 22 extending in such a way that is encloses the above- mentioned arm 8 and the small arm 24 of the plate 20. |
