发明名称 HOT ROLLING METHOD OF TITANIUM MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a Ti plate or a slab without the generation of fold and flow of surface due to the hot rolling by heating a Ti ingot at the prescribed temp., performing the soaking, specifying respectively one pass and the cumulative draft in the beta phase region to roll it, and thereafter performing the hot rolling finishing of the specified draft in the temp. range of (beta+alpha) phase or single phase. CONSTITUTION:A columnar or flat ingot of Ti is soaked in the beta region higher than the transformation temp. (883-915 deg.C) plus 10 deg.C specially at 930-1,000 deg.C for 30min-2hr. Then hot rolling is performed >=2 passes with 10% draft per one-pass and >=40% cumulative draft for the above-mentioned ingot after the soaking and the beta crystalline grain is broken. Furthermore hot rolling is performed at >=20% draft in the (beta+alpha) phase of <=883 deg.C or in the temp. region of alpha single phase for the above-mentioned hot rolled plate to refine the crystalline grain of alpha phase. Thereby, a plate or a slab can be directly produced from the Ti ingot and the omitting of the process can be attained in comparison with a conventional method.
