PURPOSE:To suppress the electric potential change at a clamping circuit side by supplying a base electric current, which is changed due to the irregularity of an electric current amplifying ratio beta from an electric current supplying circuit, to the transistor at the clamping circuit side of the total feed-back differential amplifier. CONSTITUTION:The same transistor 58 as a transistor 26 is installed at a corrector side of a transistor 26 as an equivalent element, an electric current mirror circuit is installed which is composed of transistors 60 and 62 to supply the electric current obtained by the transistor 58 to the base of the transistor 26, an electric current Ic2, which flows at the transistor 26, is made to flow to the transistor 58, and a base electric current IB, which flows at the transistor 58, is calculated, and supplied to the base of the transistor 26 by an electric current mirror effect composed of transistors 60 and 62. As the result, the influence of the base electric current IB for an electric current Ic1, which flows at a transistor 8, is avoided, and the influence due to the electric current amplifying ratio of the transistor 26 can be completely eliminated. |
