PURPOSE:To use a control line of a memory in common for write of a data and read-out of a data by executing like a time devision the data write and the data read-out of a memory element. CONSTITUTION:When the input data (a) is supplied at a prescribed period from an input terminal 10, whenever the data (a) is supplied, a pulse in supplied to a write use controller 7 from an input terminal 9. The controller 7 sets a RAM1 to a write mode and also opens a gate 2. As a result, the data (a) is written in the RAM1. When a write signal (e) is inverted and the RAM1 becomes a read-out mode, and a multiplexer 6 selects an address (h) from an address counter 5, a data of a prescribed address is read out of the RAM1.
