PURPOSE:To prevent the thermal deformation in the stage of forming a recording film by constituting guide tracks of the polyether obtd. by the condensation reaction of the sodium salt of bisphenol A and 4,4'-dichlorodiphenyl sulfone. CONSTITUTION:The guide tracks 2 to be provided on a substrate 1 are constituted of the polyether obtd. by the condensation reaction of the sodium salt of bisphenol A and 4,4'-dichlorodiphenyl sulfone. The recording film 3 is formed thereon by sputtering or vapor deposition. The guide tracks 2 constituted by the above-mentioned are highly resistant to heat and are therefore capable of preventing the thermal deformation in the stage of forming the recording film. |
